Strawberry & Raspberry Detox Water With Cucumber & Mint

Drinking detox Water assists your body in the removal of toxins and is a great way of making sure you drink plenty of water!
Detox water will also boost your energy and can aid in weight loss as it contains very few calories tasting delicious enough to drink throughout the day!
Strawberries – nutrient rich superfoods packed with antioxidants and vitamin C will boost your immunity as well as reduce inflammation, regulate blood pressure and help make your skin glow for the summer!
Raspberries provide fibre whilst low in calories, high in antioxidants, vitamin C and manganese.
Cucumber – packed with vitamin K, B vitamins, copper, potassium, vitamin C, and magnesium, cooling and great for hydration.
Mint – soothes the stomachs, helps with inflammation whilst adding a tasty refreshing zing!
  1. Slice the fruit & cucumbers.
  2. Fill a large glass jug or container with the ingredients.
  3. Add ice.
  4. Fill to the top with filtered/pure cold water.
  5. Let it steep for an hour.
  6. Enjoy!

Organic Summer Breakfast

This organic summer smoothie is bursting with goodness and will keep you filled up until Lunchtime.
Muesli provides dietary fibre, minerals, vitamins.
The raspberries and strawberries are packed with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants that will boost the immune system and protect you from free radical damage.
The friendly bacteria found in the yoghurt will provide the gut with good bacteria to aid digestion and fight bacterial infections.
  • A handful of fresh organic strawberries
  • A handful of fresh organic raspberries
  • 150g of organic bio yoghurt
  • 150g of organic soya milk
  • 50g of organic muesli
  • A handful of ice cubes
Put all ingredients in the blender blend and enjoy.

Strawberry and Mango Mousse Smoothie

Blending mango, strawberries and yogurt will create a wonderful thick mousse-like smoothie that is very satisfying and filling.
This smoothie is loaded with zinc, iron, calcium and potassium as well as vitamins A, B and C. Potassium is important for maintaining a healthy nervous system and for controlling the fluid balance in the body. Strawberries are packed full of vitamin C and antioxidants which are really helpful in supporting the immune system. The bio-live yogurt contains friendly bacteria for the gut that will help digestion and help fight against bacterial infections.
  • 1/2 mango, peeled and de-stoned
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • Juice from 2 oranges
  • 2 tablespoons of organic bio yogurt (soya or almond milk can be used but this will affect the thick mousse consistency)
  • Ice
Put the mango, strawberries, yoghurt and ice in a blender with the orange juice.
Blend until smooth.
