Rebounding

Rebounding is our favourite detox exercise and it is great fun! The low-impact bouncing stimulates the lymphatic system which helps with detoxification and circulation.
Rebounding on a trampoline is an exercise almost anyone can perform, and it kicks the lymphatic system into high gear. Stimulate the one-way valves in your lymphatic system to remove toxins without stressing your joints, also improving circulation, cardiovascular health, even bone density and cellulite reduction. Best part? It’s ridiculously fun.

Yoga
